Animal Crematories

License and Compliance

The Board issues animal crematory licenses to a fixed location that offers animal crematory services.  All licenses expire on December 31st of every even-numbered year.

Pending inspection and licensure, the crematory may open for business once the completed application and appropriate fee have been submitted to the Board's office.  Please see the Animal Crematory Application and Instructions for more details, including the steps required to obtain licensure.
