Licensing

The Board issues licenses to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Arizona and certifies veterinary technicians. Licenses and certificates are renewed every two years to remain active. Please refer to the FORMS tab for address changes or request for license verification forms. For exam dates and deadlines, refer to the bottom of the page of the veterinarian or certified technician applications.
