Who gets a license or certificate wallet card?

A license or certificate "wallet card" is issued only to newly licensed veterinarians (or CVTs - certificate) while they are awaiting their official wall license/certificate that is signed by the Board members.  Your license/certificate information may be confirmed on the Board's website licensee directory.
