Answer
All licenses expire December 31st of every even numbered year. Renewal notices are mailed in the Fall of every even numbered year. Please be sure the Board office has your correct address on file.  The renewal process is now done 100% online. You will be able to print your renewal license once you complete the online process.

I need to report an address change. May I give it to you over the phone or does it need to be in writing?

Answer
Statutorily, all changes, whether home or employment, are required to be provided in writing within 20 days of  the change. Please use the Change of Address/Employment/Name Form, which can be sent by regular mail, faxed, or emailed.   As well, for address and employment changes, you may contact us directly through the website (no form required).
